My name is Jan Koch. My husband Steve is a retired high school teacher. We live with our two cats Maxx and Callie. I have two grown children. My daughter, Jenny, is a Music Therapist and Special Ed teacher with the Leon County School district. Her husband Chris is a Special Ed teacher. They live in Tallahassee, Florida with their two boys, Graham, who will be 4 in October and Elliot, who will be 1 in November. My son, Brian, is a teacher at Des Moines East High School. I have taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades, kindergarten and preschool. I have been teaching preschool since 1999 and this is my fifth year at Mitchell. I love preschool and am looking forward to getting to know you and working and playing with your child this year.
