Early ACCESS-Birth to Age 3

Des Moines Public Schools serves children and families, birth to age three, through Early ACCESS. Children are eligible for Early ACCESS services if they have a developmental delay or have a condition that has a high probability of later delays without early intervention services.

Early Childhood Special Education services are also provided for eligible children ages three to kindergarten, at no cost to families.
